Trade Log

Step 1 — Log in to IBKR Client Portal → Performance & Reports → Flex Queries
Step 2 — Create (or edit) an Activity Flex Query named “Trade Log Import”

Step 3 — Trades — Options: Execution
Fields: CurrencyPrimary, SubCategory, AssetClass, Description, Symbol, ListingExchange, DateTime, Quantity, TradePrice, IBCommission, IBCommissionCurrency, Buy/Sell, TransactionID, IssuerCountryCode

Step 4 — Forex P/L Details — Options: Transaction
Fields: AssetClass, FXCurrency, ActivityDescription, DateTime, Quantity, Cost, RealizedP/L, Code

Step 5 — Cash Transactions — Options: Dividends, Payment in Lieu of Dividends, Withholding Tax, 871(m) Withholding, Advisor Fees, Other Fees, Other Income, Deposits & Withdrawals, Broker Interest Paid, Broker Interest Received, Broker Fees
Fields: CurrencyPrimary, Date/Time, Amount, Type, Description, TransactionID, ListingExchange, ExDate

Step 6 — Format: CSV · Date Range: All (first import) or custom range · click Run → Download
Step 7 — Import the downloaded file using the button above.
